Requirements:

To establish a business consultancy firm following are key requirements:

  • Office address
  • The applicant must hold at least a B.sc degree in accounting Bahrain or business administration with specialization in accounting and a period of study not less than three years, or a Charted Accounting Certificate (for example: CMA, CA, CPA).
  •  The applicant must have at least 2 years of work experience as auditing firm in Bahrain.
  •  The applicant shall not practice any other business activity nor work in the government or private sector, while having this license.
