Centralized salary processing: All salaries must be processed and transferred exclusively through the WPS portal. Employers are required to upload a standardized salary file each month, even if there are no changes to salary data.

Automated salary transfers: When the salary file is approved then all salaries will be transferred automatically from the local bank account of company or digital wallet via the WPS.

Elimination of direct transfers: After WPS implementation, direct transfers of salaries outside the WPS portal will no longer be allowed.

Monthly compliance and justification: Employers are required to upload all salary files each month. if salaries are delayed or partially paid, employer has to submit justifications and supporting documents through the WPS portal.

Penalties for noncompliance: Failure to comply with WPS requirements, penalties will be applied.
