1. How long does it take to register a company?

For a typical engagement, consisting startup consultancy, name reservation, activity licensing, notarization and activation the typical time to completion is 6-8 weeks. The actual time can be influenced by the Required Approvals, Type of notary and our current workload. Some very simple businesses can be formed in just 15 working days.

2. Can I own business in Bahrain?

Yes! Kingdom of Bahrain is open for all nationalities. There are 375 types of businesses that can be owned 100% regardless of nationality.

3.How does the process work?

Our Process:
1. Power of Attorney
At very first step client will give power of attorney to a representative of PI Business Solutions to register business in Bahrain.
2. Name Reservation.
PI Business Solutions shall reserve a commercial and trade name for client.
3. Municipality Approval
At this step we will require an office/shop/workshop commercial address where companies head office shall be situated. As a proof of address Shop Pictures, Tenancy Agreement Copy and Electricity Bill Copyis required.
4. Memorandum of Company
PI Business Solution will draft memorandumand of association/Articles of Association and submit to MOIC after client’s approval.
5. Notarization
Draft memorandum shall be notarized from a private notary (Urgent) or public notary (Upon appointment)
6. Company Bank Account
PI Business Solutions shall provide client with necessary documents to open bank account and client will visit suitable bank to deposit company capital. Upon deposit bank will issue capital deposit certificate.
7. Final Approval by MOIC
Notarized Memorandum and Bank certificate shall be submitted to MOIC for final approval. Once approved your company is registered.

5. Can you work any faster?

6. What is your refund policy?

Your initial payment is non-refundable. This is because by the time you have decided to hire us, we have already set aside time to work with you, and we may even have turned away other opportunities in order to provide you with the best possible experience. Subsequent payments are subject to a pro-rated refund if you choose to terminate the project before we have fully earned the subsequent payment
